What does free payroll include?
Freedom includes payroll processing, tax calculations and filings, and employee self-service with no monthly platform fee, per-person fee, or setup fee. You still fund employee wages and payroll taxes. Benefits and other applicable costs are separate.
Are State Tax Registrations optional?
Our State Tax Registration service is optional. You can handle registrations yourself or use our paid service. Pricing varies by state and registration requirements. The service is optional, but your business must still complete any required registrations.
What fees will I still pay for?
You still pay wages and payroll taxes, plus health insurance premiums, 401(k) provider fees and workers’ comp costs where applicable. State Tax Registration pricing varies by state and requirements.
Incidentals may apply for wire transfers, failed payroll debits, returned payments, expedited processing or tax-filing corrections. Fees charged by our payroll provider are passed through at cost, without markup.
